The hotel's location at Taksim square makes it incredibly convenient to access all the attractions and amenities nearby. With plenty of shops and restaurants in the area, you'll never run out of things to do. The rooms are small but clean, and the staff is friendly and speaks English. The breakfast is delightful, offering a good variety of fresh food. Free Wi-Fi with excellent connectivity is available in the rooms.

The gym is not well maintained.

The services, food, and staff were excellent. The location was perfect, near the metro station and popular attractions like Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. The breakfast on the 11th floor with a wonderful view was refreshing. The reception staff were helpful and cute.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The staff was kind and thoughtful, especially Ms. Gulsum Buse, who allowed me to keep the room for an extra two hours free of charge. The room was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the city. The hotel facilities, including the swimming pool, gym, Turkish bath, and sauna. The location was perfect, just a minute's walk from Taksim Square and close to the metro and taxi stations. the breakfast buffet was delicious.

As low-budget travelers, we loved the affordable and convenient Istanbul Card for transportation. The central location made it easy to explore the city, and the complimentary airport shuttle was a great bonus. The room size was ample, and the air conditioning provided much-needed relief. The complimentary breakfast was a nice touch, and the staff, including manager Mohamad, were incredibly helpful and accommodating, even extending our check-out time. We highly recommend this hotel.

I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel! the location is perfect for both business and leisure travelers. Not only is it in a buzzing business district with car hire and grocery shopping services, but it is also in a pedestrianised area, making it easy to explore the surroundings on foot. Secondly, the room amenities were top-notch! From the in-room safe to the air conditioning, everything was clean and comfortable. And finally, the staff were incredibly helpful. They helped me with my reservation and were always happy to offer assistance with any other requests.

All in all, I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I had an amazing stay at a hotel in Istanbul. The bellboy, Mr Belal, was cute and tried to assist me. The location of the hotel was perfect. The room wasnice and neat. The hotel provided free WiFi with excellent connectivity. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of food. In-room service was quick and the food was tasty. Despite a few small drawbacks, I would definitely recommend this hotel to others. it was a great experience.
